  The Monday meditation session meets on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Mondays of each month from 6:30 - 7:00 PM PT on Zoom. Each session includes meditation and discussions on topics from Buddhist philosophy.

  Please join us for a healing and meditation session in the Medicine Buddha tradition of healing. Each session includes a brief introduction, a guided group meditation to calm and center the mind, and energy healing by Juniper practitioners. Sessions are open to any person. 

  The goals of the session include:
  

  • Cultivate feelings of inner peace and calm
    
  • Address energy imbalances contributing to physical and emotional hardship
    
  • Support your spiritual life and growth

  This tradition was developed by Juniper’s founding teacher, Buddhist master Segyu Choepel Rinpoche, drawing on his long experience in Tibetan Buddhist Tsa-Lung healing. 

  Please note that this is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Participants are encouraged to continue any care with qualified healthcare professionals.
  

  When:  2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month
